Tramico Herman is a compassionate, tireless universal leader with over 20 years experience in healthcare leadership, mentoring/coaching, metaphysical sciences and business. She launched a boutique Heathcare consulting firm in 2021 providing wellbeing and spiritual coaching. Her life work was inspired by her spiritual awakening after a near-death experience (NDE) and commitment to overcome trauma .

Living most of her childhood years in low-income neighborhoods plagued with violence. At age 10, she experienced the first death of a good friend, an innocent bystander of a gang fight. Others followed from age 14 to 18 years related to bad drug deals, murders, drug abuse, and a few of them incarcerated for various crimes. Tramico’s community was not equipped to protect or guide the youth, she and her family were exposed to racial discrimination, home robberies, police brutality, assault while using public transportation, and below standard public-school systems. She experienced violence in my own home. She tried to figure out her feelings, why people act a certain way, the weirdness of religion, and virtually everything else.

Tramico quest continued, worshipping with Jehovah Witness, Pentecostal, Methodist, Catholic, Lutheran, and non-denominational religions but she arrived at the same outcome—confusion and mostly no answers to her questions. Everything was mystical and left to blind faith with no defined knowledge. It also bothered her when these religions pressured her to join their church, competed against other churches, and exploited people who she believed were an emotional wreck.

In 2018 a friend introduced her to Abraham Esther Hicks, an inspirational speaker who channels messages from nonphysical beings with a focus on Law of Attraction, Law of Co-Creation, and Law of Allowing. She was so moved by her talks, she listened to her podcasts almost daily and started practicing manifesting the desires she wanted in her life. From the books she read and her knowledge, she felt uplifted and motivated to learn more. When she felt stress coming on, these materials brought a sense of calm.

In March of 2021, she became fully awakened by storm. She discovered a dear friend she met one year prior during a work engagement was her spiritual mentor and soul partner. With extensive Higher Consciousness knowledge, her spiritual mentor was awakened years ago and shared several books about universal laws, human design, angels, spirit guides, and other tools to help her understand her spiritual traits and how to navigate her human experience. Tramico was soon immersed in guided meditations and listening to various spiritual guides.

Passionately, she continues to study Kabbala, Toltec, Buddhism, Yogi practices, numerology, Human Design, past life regression, astronomy/astrology, meditations, metaphysics, energy healing/chakras, nature, angels/ascended masters/spiritual guides, and telepathic abilities. She identifies with no religion. Tramico path is spirituality “deep seeker”. She come to appreciate stillness, bringing herself to the present moment as much as she can throughout the day, leaning to her intuition for guidance and decision making, avoiding mind traps, and moving to effortless living. She is embarking on her creativity with plans to write more material and develop various tools to help others through their consciousness experience. She is at peace, with acceptance, less fear and attachment to people, things, and have unconditional love for herself and others.
